Kiri + Steve
We had exactly 18 minutes for the photoshoot this day. It rained for each and every one of those minutes. And some of the images from those minutes are now amongst my all time faves.
I’m also just putting it out there that surely not very many could rock a black Wedding gown with leather detail and a black lace cape. But when your bride is basically a rockstar and style kweeeen, well…. you make your 18 minutes count.
I hope you two legends love these images as much as I do. x
Yacht Club Wedding
This was one of the most lovely Weddings I have been lucky enough to capture. While the couple sailed away under the moon at the end of the night, I overheard the groom’s mum comment that there goes her happy son and his beautiful new bride sailing away on a boat with their friends. It really was like something from a fairy tale.
Cecily and Matthew’s beautiful Wedding was held at the Kuring-Gai Motor Yacht Club at Cottage Point on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This was a DIY Wedding in the true sense, with the majority of the decorations here created by the couple themselves including the flowers and handmade paper pom poms made from vintage sewing patterns.
And if you still war more, check out a few shots from their engagement portrait at the end.
I hope you enjoy… I know I did.
You can also see this Wedding’s feature on Polka Dot Bride: http://www.polkadotbride.com/2014/06/intimate-yacht-club-wedding/ and Vintage Bride Magazine here: http://vintagebridemag.com.au/cecily-matthews-rustic-cottage-point-wedding/
And some of the lovely couple’s engagement photos, just in case you still want more.

Ross + Melanie
Ross + Melanie’s Wedding was a whole lot of foxy wonderfulness. It featured in an 8 page spread in the fabulous Vintage Bride Magazine.
Belinda + Tom’s Moby Dick’s Whale Beach Wedding
With hair like this (Tom’s I mean) and skin tones like Belinda’s, it’s to be expected that Whale Beach would just put on the most stunning of day’s to backdrop this beautiful, happy union. The only thing missing was a man with a pastel pink polaroid camera, oh wait… no it was all there that day.
Bilgola Surf Club Wedding – Niedra and Ian
Niedra and Ian’s Bilgola Surf Club Wedding was such a happy celebration. The groom was in flip flops, the bride wore a Pronovias gown and their daughter Mollie was a little star. It all just worked so well at this casual beachside Wedding with the epic rock face backdrop of Bilgola Beach.
Congratulations Niedra and Ian and thank you for asking me to capture this day. It was all a little bit wonderful :).

Moby Dicks Whale Beach Wedding
Suz and Ben’s Whale Beach Wedding at the very cool Moby Dick’s was oh so pretty. These two gorgeous people took the concept of the relaxed yet chic Aussie beach Wedding and totally nailed it.
Palm Beach Boat House Wedding
Some highlights from Natalie and Grant’s beautiful Palm Beach Boathouse Wedding with sequence dress, dramatic skies and above all…. a very, VERY relaxed and happy couple.
Thanks for having me there to capture this day.
Enjoy.

K+J’s Casual Beach Wedding
As Johnathan reigns from the Southern states of the US, I think it’s only appropriate that you listen to this song (click here to play) while you check out this stunning beach Wedding. Beautiful Kate married her southern beau in a laid back Aussie style, bathed in some pretty sweet light.
Enjoy…
The Surfing Groom
Vanessa and Simon were married on the Thursday. On the Friday, they arose with the sun and a cloudy head so that this groom could redress in his Wedding clothes and go for a surf.
Prioritising photos over post wedding day hangovers. I like their style…
